Disappointing Experience – Overpriced for the Same Food! I’ve been a regular customer at this restaurant and have ordered the same food multiple times, always paying around £130. However, today, they suddenly charged me £220 for the exact same order! No explanation, no justification—just a massive price increase out of nowhere. To make matters worse, the service was no different than usual. If anything, it felt rushed and inattentive. I understand prices can fluctuate, but this kind of inconsistency is unacceptable. It feels like they’re taking advantage of customers who don’t check their bills. I won’t be coming back anytime soon. If you value fairness and transparency, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

The food was amazing, authentic, and fresh. Child friendly, bustling atmosphere clean and big portion sizes. I would definitely recommend it. Prices were fair

Unfortunately, this is another example of a previously good local restaurant that has turned greedy, and seemingly rude. We arrived and placed an order with a waiter who was not paying much attention to detail, having to repeat my basic order of 4x mains of the same dish, while pointing to the menu simultaneously to confirm. The orders arrive and they are wrong, no big deal we don't mind waiting for the correct ones, mistakes happen. However, what is not appreciated is the waiter dashing back around to the table to point and accuse me of reading the wrong item on the menu. He doubles down again saying I am wrong, with other tables now watching. He eventually gives up when the other 3 members of the table confirm that what I said was correct. The food turns up later, with the waiter once again returning with the menu in Turkish, and asking me to point to the dish I ordered in a clear attempt to try and get me to pick the wrong one under pressure. Once pointing at the correct dish, he slams the menu shut and shuffles back down to the kitchen. Before leaving he also tries to charge us for the more expensive dish we never ate, in another poor attempt to get one back at us. Pathetic. Perhaps if they reverted back to what made them a success in the first place, which was providing large portions of food at good prices, the place would be busier. FYI, people do also see past your attempt at a "revamp" bringing in some fancy-looking chairs and velvet seats, in exchange for 30% increased prices and smaller portions across the board.

I was today in the bakery and bought two stuffed sort-of pancakes that should cost 13gbp. However, checking my card charges in the evening, I can see that I was charged twice for two different amounts. I was only visiting London so not able to come back to sort out. Could you let me know how to contact you to investigate?

Ali Nazik could be much much better, it was more aubergines rather than lamb kebabs in one portion. pilav and Bulgur also cooked not well. Season Salad was ok. In total i can't give them more than 2stars as Their prices also are higher than other Turkish restaurants. We were 2 persons and the table size was not big enough to put our plates and foods. It was not so comfortable for us. Hope managing team improve the quality and quantity of their food and services.

The staff's behavior was so bad that I was embarrassed the whole time I was sitting there! They just wanted to force me to sell something! After the starter, we decided to order a dish and share it. But taking our order with a mocking attitude like we were doing something wrong! This behavior is shameful! The quality of the food was good

One of the worst experiences we have ever had. My friend and I attended yesterday with all three of our children. To start with, it seemed to be a bother for them that we had a pram (the shop was empty, only two tables full so there was plenty of space available). I explained to them that my 7month old who was asleep in the baby carrier had to be beside me in the pram as she was asleep. They accommodated eventually but it seemed that it was bother for them. We then got the menus and wanted to get a kids meal and a starter platter and another few starters to share rather than main dishes. We had asked for the largest platters. After a long time of us settling the kids and making sure everything was ok, the rude manager said that we would all have to get one main dish each! When I explained that we wanted the kids to have their dinner and we wanted platters - he said no. We had to pack all of our things and leave and they were incredibly rude. No wonder why the shop is so empty- we used to go many years ago but it seems that the management has changed and everything has gone downhill from there. They clearly want every penny and had no compassion for a family with three kids who had already settled. They have lost a large group of customers for good as none of our families or friends will be going ever again.

Restaurant Review While this restaurant offers a clean environment, professional service, and friendly staff, my experience with their takeaway orders has been disappointing. I strongly recommend double-checking your bag before leaving, as there have been instances where items were forgotten or incorrectly prepared. On multiple occasions, they left out essentials like rice, salad, or sauce, and it seems some chefs struggle to accurately follow the order. Additionally, they often don’t take special requests, like having meat cooked well-done or medium, into proper consideration. That being said, the dine-in experience is much better, with courteous staff and an impeccable atmosphere. Just be cautious if you're opting for takeaway.

Very tasty food. Served really fast (even though the restaurant was full). Pay attention to the bill - the tips is already included (it is written somewhere on the menu...i think it's on the last page). I recommend it.

Food and service were good. Salad that came with the main meal was beautiful
